This error occurs because of the fact that attempts to connect to the HP printer. Hewlett-Packard under the name (HP), including those HPBmini.dll driver file from the previous version.
In order to fix this error 0x000006be, you need to have the newer version of the printer driver that is compatible with the operating system. To get the new version you can visit the HP website and driver from there.
I recommend that you check that the file version HPBmini.dll before the installation. Please check the new driver; you have to 1.0.0.16, 1.0.0.18 or later.
